Encruzado is a harmonious, precise, complex wine with excellent acidity and a long aftertaste.

The resulting must passed into a small stainless steel tank, where it was decanted at low temperature for 48 hours. It is a very aromatic wine with a very pleasant and very feminine floral nose, in the mouth it is straight, very fresh, with a lot of acidity and with a medium finish.
