The grapes were destemmed by hand and very lightly pressed, selecting only the tear wort that was subsequently cooled and decanted at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation took place slowly in French oak barrels purchased from a Port wine house. Amber color, with notes of apricot, honey, raisins, nuts and delicate floral aromas. In the mouth it shows its origin, voluminous and acidity balanced with sweetness, it marks us with a long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Rabo-Ovelha White
Manual harvest. Grapes from an old Rabo-de-Ovelha vineyard with more than 40 years. Total destemming and pressing. Grape must selection and low temperature decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts. This wine is not aged in barrels. It presents a crystalline color with greenish tones. Elegant and very fresh aroma with notes of citrus and wet stone. Very good structure in the mouth, with minerality and vibrant acidity. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Romaneira Reserva White
100% of this wine is fermented in French oak barrels for 20 days at temperatures between 16 and 18 degrees centigrade. It did not undergo malolactic fermentation and selected yeasts are used. 100% of this wine is fermented in French oak barrels, where 25% are new and 75% used. Batonnage is carried out for three months, once a week. This wine is a blend that presents a light golden color. The aroma is intense, fresh, with mineral notes and different fruity and floral notes. In the mouth it is full and very fresh due to its acid balance. It has a long aftertaste with slight notes of wood. Excellent wine for grilled fish and white meats. Contains Sulfites.
Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2015 White
Produced in limited quantities, this Cuvée was aged for 6 years in cellars before being released on the market. This cuvée immediately captivates in the glass, with an attractive pale gold color and lingering strands of fine bubbles. On the nose, notes of buttery dough, meringue and white flowers, underpinned by a peppery freshness. On the palate, the cuvée is mouth-filling and opulent yet restrained. Complex aromas of citrus and brioche balance beautifully. The finish is stunning and seductive with hints of dried peach and hazelnut.
