Poeira Red
Dust tries to be a balanced and elegant wine. In general the wines of the Douro are supported in the tannin, but the Dust is sustained in the acidity. A very drinkable and appetizing wine when new but at the same time has the capacity to evolve. I want each wine to be the mirror of the vineyards that give it origin, maintaining its profile but following the variations that occur in the vineyard year after year. Contains Sulfites.
Pó de Poeira Red
Produced on the same slope (North exposure) as Dust, has with this much in common. But as it is mostly produced from younger vines it has a lighter and more relaxed character. With this Powder of Dust we tried to make a personalized wine, with an expressive aroma and with a depth and freshness that characterize our wines. Vine and land wines, with a minimum oenological intervention in order to express their origin to the best of their ability. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Vallado Reserva Field Blend Magnum Red
Some of the grapes were subjected to the traditional process of milling, while the rest were vinified in five-ton stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and robotic reassembly. After the malolactic fermentation, all the wines were transferred to French Allier oak barrels where they remained for 18 months. 60% staged in new barrels, 40% in used barrels. Quinta do Vallado Reserva Field Blend has a very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak, fig and blackberry, tobacco.
Flavor very full-bodied, fleshy with ripe and round tannins. The finish is elegant, mineral, very persistent and complex. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta do Vallado 30 Anos Tawny
Amber color with orange slivers, of medium acidity. Very intense and the true mastery in the combination of notes of nuts and honey. It ends quite persistently, with the sensation of an explosive finish due to the palate of the orange compote. The wine staged in oak barrels of 600 liters. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Crasto Vinha Maria Teresa Red
Wine of opaque color, with vibrant tones of charged violet. Excellent intensity and aromatic elegance, with predominant notes of stems, black chocolate and fresh spice, which together give great complexity, depth and persistence. Fresh and elegant top of the mouth, which evolves into a large volume wine of solid structure, composed of silky tannins of fine texture. The retronasal aroma is composed of a distinct complexity of balsamic aromas, where they emphasize notes of fresh spice and spice, in perfect harmony with vibrant notes of wild berries of the Douro. Meruge Red
Begins fermentation in wine press and then takes place in new French oak barrels. Stage in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Beautiful red color grená. The nose is very thin and elegant, rich in spices, where the fruity character predominates. The present wood, very well integrated, contributes to its complexity and aromatic enrichment. In the mouth it is soft and elegant, full of aromatic notes that recall aromas of red fruits. With a balanced acidity, soft and velvety tannins, it has a long and very pleasant finish. Três Bagos Grande Escolha Red
Fermentation in a traditional wine press and oak vats with prolonged maceration. Aged in new French oak barrels for 14 months. Vivid, bright and deep red color. It is thin, elegant and very intense. It is fruity, complex, full and rich in spices from a good ripeness in wood of excellent quality. Very harmonious and with character. In the mouth it is fruity but elegant. Balanced, it presents smooth tannins of great level and an excellent acidity, which gives it a long and pleasant finish. This balanced combination of power and elegance certainly contributed to its aging potential, so the wine will benefit from a few years in the bottle. Contains sulfites.

Abundance of aromas of yellow nuts (peaches and apricots), with notes of honey and slight nuances of beeswax. Soft and delicate palate with notes of nuts. Test final very long and complex. Cálem Vintage 2011 Ruby
Porto Cálem Vintage 2011 results from exceptional single-year harvests due to the high quality grapes obtained in ideal climatic conditions. After 2 years in oak barrels, Vintage Port wines are bottled in the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, on the banks of the Douro River. Vintage improves with age in the bottle for decades. It has an impressive purple color and reveals strong aromas of fruit (especially raspberries and blackberries), with firm tannins and a balanced structure. By aging, it becomes softer, but more elegant and complex, acquiring softer colors, distinct aromas and body. Contains sulfites.
Noval Black Tawny
A nice style where berries and red fruits dominate the palate, Final de boca is devoid of alcoholic connotations. Some of the grapes come from the vineyards of Quinta do Noval, the rest are vineyards classified in the heart of the Douro valley. Some of the grapes are crushed in traditional Quinta vats. Another is crushed mechanically in steel vats. This mechanical pressing process was designed specifically for Noval, geared to the needs of our technical team. It is matured for 2 years in oak casks and steel vats to preserve the wine. Contains sulfites.

Casa Ferreirinha Antónia Adelaide Ferreira Red
Arrivals to the Quinta da Leda ans Quinta do Seixo winery, after soft crushing and total destemming, the grapes were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. During this fermentation, it was reassembled by pump and step by robot, performing a long maceration to achieve a balanced aromatic and polyphenolic extraction. It is intended with this technology that the constituents of the quality present in the ripe grapes thus pass smoothly to the wine. At the end, and at the moment "required" by each variiey/batch, the wine was put in the vat and its masses pressed, the wine being the result of the pressing kept aside from the tear. It has a deep ruby coloc with an intense and complex aroma. Highlights are aromas of ripe red fruits and floral aromas, violet and lavender. Reveals notes of spices like pepper and cinnamon, as well as balsamic aromas the resin. It also has a very good quality integrated wood.

Procura Vinhas Velhas White
Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes with strict selection at the cellar entrance. Fermentation started in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Fermentation in used French oak barrels has ended. Aging for 8 months in used French oak barrels. The austere nose shows notes of citrus aromas and dry straw. Mineral and very elegant, it offers an enormous complexity of aromas, showing itself to be elegant and complex, concentrated and with a firm acidity and tense finish. Contains Sulfites.
Pintas DOC Magnum Red
Mirror of the vine of more than 80 years that gives origin to him, this wine is composed by an exceptional field blend of more than 30 grape varieties. Very intense purple color. Manual harvesting, fermentation in wineries and oak vats. Prolonged 4-week maceration and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Stage of 20 months in barrels of Allier French Oak and 14 months in bottle. It has a dark garnet color, very intense and complex aroma, black fruit notes, balsamic and spicy aromas of the barrel. Palate with good structure, ripe and smooth tannins, good freshness, long persistence. Contains Sulfites.

Only a few Porto wines can grow old for 30 years, and only 6 or 7 hulls of the Dow's in Vila Nova de Gaia are available to be bottled, the remaining hulls continue the aging process until they reach the excellence that the winemaker intends. A wine extremely concentrated in its aroma, distinguish the nuts like the walnuts. A palate of great complexity and style. The mouthwatering fresh and persistent, as only these wines know how to be, as Dow's age Tawnies are particularly good when drunk slightly fresh in hot weather. Contains sulfites.
