Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, the Vicentino grape varieties boast their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that are formed, promoting an ideal concentration of organic acids, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in 350 liter barrels, followed by aging on lees for 9 months. One of the wines that most reflects the perfect symbiosis between the Atlantic, the soils and the vineyards is Vicentino Reserva Branco. In this wine, the vegetable and tropical fruit notes of the Sauvignon Blanc are enhanced and thickened by the barrels in which it ferments, giving rise to this fresh but complex wine, with hints of vanilla. These sensations persist on the palate in a smooth and enveloping taste. Contains sulfites.

In this white, the proximity to the sea is reflected in a more vegetal profile, associated with the typical characteristics of the variety, showing light notes of tropical fruits balanced in the mouth by a fresh acidity. Beyra Sauvignon Blanc White
Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of about 20 days. Aging with lees agitation - 'batonnage' for 15 days, followed by aging in bottle for 5 months. Refreshing citrus notes of grapefruit, lime, tangerine peel and passion fruit. Fresh and mineral in the mouth with a strong presence of citrus and discreet ginger. Contains Sulfites.
Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc White
After harvesting, the free juice was cooled for 48-72 hours prior to storage. The fermentation was carried out mainly in stainless steel tanks with a mixture of cultured yeast and wild yeast. Approximately 3% of the blend was fermented at the highest temperature in old French oak barrels and large format vats. As usual, our Sauvignon was strictly mixed, including only the strongest batches. A vibrant blend of kaffir lemon, lemon zest and aromatic nectarine blend with the brilliant scent of orange blossom. Filled with ripe citrus and flavors of stone fruits framed by an elegant and succulent acidic architecture. Contains Sulfites.

80% ferments in stainless steel and 20% in French oak barrels for 6 months. It has a vivid lemon-citrus color, exuberant nose, is very aromatic and fresh. Sauternes, 40 miles south of Bordeaux city, is a village famous for its high-quality sweet wines. The Sauternes of Chateau Les Justices have always been highly appreciated by the best French restaurant for the high quality regularly maintained over time, Sauternes is a very long-lived. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Preignac, ideal environment for the development of noble rot (Botrytis Cincerrea), the vines have an average age of 25 years. The soil is stony (Graves) mixed with sand characterized by a clay part; subsoil consists of a layer clay-limestone which rests on the rock. The harvest is manual. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and lasts about three weeks. Followed by aging in vat at first, then in new oak barrels for 12/18 months.

In the style of a Grand Cru, La Demoiselle can age in bottle for 8 to 10 years. This is a wine to discover over time due to its intriguing evolution. The wine is made in the Loire Valley, from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which is immediately noticeable in the aroma, full of notes of green vegetable, cut grass and a slight tropical note of passion fruit. A wine with a citrus color, aromatic with touches of asparagus and soft tropical, end of mouth persistent and mineral. Fish and shellfish, poultry and whole white meats.
