Wine of intense ruby color, with notes of black and violet fruits in a harmonious combination with nuances of dried pine needles, cardamom and pink pepper. In the mourh it is intense with well.marked tannins in balance with the acidity that demonstrates well its potencial of aging. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest. Total destemming. 24h low temperature maceration before starting alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Smooth reassembly for extracting color and aromas. Transfer to new and used 500L French oak barrels for 9 months, previously used in the fermentation of white wine. Ruby color of medium concentration. Aroma of black fruit and some spices, such as black pepper. A fresh and elegant wine, with an expressive structure and finish and good persistence. Balance between the influence of the barrel and acidity. Contains sulfites.

Vinha do Contador, occupying 7 of the 20 hectares of Paço dos Cunhas, is known as one of the most charismatic vineyards in Dão. Given the terrain's morphology and sun exposure, this is a unique vineyard. Recognized for its potential and uniqueness of the terroir, they are born unique wines, distinguished by the elegance, freshness and potential of aging, unique attributes of the best wines of the Dão region. Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. Maturation during 18 months in new French oak barrels with weak toasted. Intense garnet color, sui generis aroma and flavor with a lot of harmony, elegance and notorious persistence, which make it distinctive to accompany sublime delicacies.

Grapes carefully selected from 8 parcels: Parcela Major - Touriga Nacional 30%, Parcela Vinha dos Amores - Touriga Nacional 20%, Parcela Rachadouro - Tinta Roriz 10%, Parcela Alminhas - Jaen 10%, Parcela Alto dos Amores - Alfrocheiro 7.5 % , Parcela Matinha - Alicante Bouschet 7.5 %, Parcela Alagoa - Tinto Cão 7.5 % and Parcela Casal Sancho - Alfrocheiro 7.5 %. Intense garnet color with slight brownish tones. Intense and complex aroma, with high quality tertiary notes. It also presents spicy and dried fruit notes. In the mouth it is complex, smooth, well structured and with a notable final persistence. Contains sulfites.
Ladeira da Santa Rose
This wine was fermented at low temperatures in order to preserve its aromatic quality. This wine has a salmon color with terracotta notes, with aromas of wild berries, citrus and rosy fruits. In the mouth it is voluminous, acidic, persistent, fresh, with a floral touch and notes of orchard fruits. Contains sulfites.
