Discover the Plantation Panama Vintage 2010, an exceptional edition resulting from Alexandre Gabriel's daring journey into the mysterious jungles of Panama. Deep in this green paradise, he found the Don José Distillery, established on the site of Panama’s first sugar mill, a remote location that promises to enchant rum aficionados. Alexandre selected 22 exquisite barrels from the 2010 harvest, shaped by the lush rainforests and rolling hillsides surrounding the distillery.
Plantation Rum's signature double-aging technique, with 8 years of rest in Central America followed by a transatlantic journey to southwestern France and another 5 years in French oak casks, lends this rum a unique complexity. This carefully selected limited release is a true explosion of character, blending ripe fruit flavors with fresh coconut and irresistible spices.
On the nose, it is fragrant and fruity, with notes of fresh coconut, dill, plum, nectarine, citrus, almond, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and sesame. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and spicy, with pear, berries, orange, and figs, complemented by butterscotch and hints of coffee, pepper, and custard. The finish is long and dry, with notes of coconut, banana, tobacco, all spices, chocolate, and licorice.

Nikka From The Barrel is a blended whiskey created to offer full flavors and richness of "barrel" whiskey that only blenders can sniff and savor. The iconic bottle is designed to reflect "a small block of whiskey" - incorporating the strong and rich flavor of whiskey. From The Barrel is an extremely complex blended whiskey bottled at 51.4% ABV. To deliver their richness and full flavors, the blended liquid goes to used barrels for a few more months for "wedding" before being bottled.
Artist Collective Benrinnes 22 Anos 1996
A 1996 Benrinnes single malt from French indie bottler La Maison du Whisky, matured in a hogshead and bottled as part of the third release of its Artist Collective series and the bottle features a piece entitles Intarsia by artist David Crunelle. Refined aromas of ripe plums, pears, lily, iris, tobacco, clove and honey fill the nose. The palate offers notes of wild peaches, lime, coconut milk, vanilla, sage, chamomile and roasted coffee that linger in the finish.
