The second release in the annual limited series continues to draw inspiration from our deeply rooted connection to the natural world. Each launch of the collection reveals different packaging that incorporates organic by-products and gives them a new life. It has a cream color, with aromas of tiramisu, cappuccino, gingerbread, raisins, almonds, sweet oak, vanilla. Flavor of dark chocolate, raisins, tiramisu, blackberry, vanilla, Brazil nuts, sweet oak. Aftertaste with long, dark roasted coffee, balanced and sweet.
Mayfair High Tea
Rich in bergamot oil, Earl Gray tea is introduced into the distillation process rich in juniper – along with rose petals – to create a gin that is as British as possible. Bergamot oil adds a velvety mouthfeel. Coriander and angelica bring, respectively, citrus and licorice. And the white tea leaves add texture. With the whole set united by the rose.

Created for the most classic and traditional after the production of the eighteenth century. Through four artisan distillations in copper stills, you get an elegant style with traditional alchemical touches, as well as sophisticated and intense aromas and flavors. Siete Misterios Doba Yej
Agave made from Doba YEJ, fermented in pine wood vats. Two copper still distillations. Crystal and brilliant color, silver tones and powerful body, a light perlage. Citrus aromas of lemon yellow, lime green, grapefruit and smoked apple delicate yellow sparkles, floral tones of sweet purple and delicate notes of cooked agave and roasted caramel. Medium character, with great permanence, citrus notes, a sweet, sweet and floral final power.
Gin 44ºN
Alexanders' spicy and spicy notes are reminiscent of the undergrowth where our Cade freely grows. Orris and honey guarantee a sweet yet musky, long-lasting effect on the tongue, keeping its edge while the floral and citrus notes blend perfectly. Ferdinand’s Saar Dry
Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin features a particularly intricate recipe, with 30 different botanicals in the mix, including thyme, sloe and rose hip, among (many) others. As if that wasn't enough, the German distillers add a very specific amount of fruity, semi-sweet Riesling. There's lots going on in Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin, but it's all well balanced and yummy.
Citadelle Original
Gin Citadelle has a delicate, fragrant nose with fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, the development of stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon is remarkable. This appetizing bouquet resembles the gardens in the spring. In the mouth, the genievre berries give way to a certain voluptuousness, a printed complexity of floral freshness. The finish is elegant, round and very exquisite. Excellent in a gin and tonic with an orange slice or an anise star.
