Quinta do Crasto Porto Vintage 2015 aged in Portuguese oak barrels, where it remained for about 2 years. It was bottled, without any bonding or filtration, being subject to creating a slight deposit during its aging in the bottle. The grapes, from Vinhas Velhas, were transported in food plastic boxes and subjected to a rigorous sorting at the entrance of the cellar. After a gentle crushing without destemming, they were sent to a traditional stone press where they were stepped on by men at regular intervals. Subsequently, wine spirit was added, thus stopping fermentation.
