Created from the careful selection of a lot of Port Wines stored for years in Quinta das Quartas, which is now 100 years old. A smooth wine with a slightly creamy texture due to age, fresh and balanced. It has an intense color with slight greenish tones; Very complex and refined aroma in the nose. Intense aroma of molasses, spices and dried fruit. Balanced taste, perfect between acidity and sweetness. Creamy and concentrated palate with a long and persistent finish.
Poças Brig’s Rose
Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with light skin maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Aging in stainless steel vats. Rosé color, very pleasant and fruity aroma, with notes of cherry and raspberry. Fresh, smooth, light and very fruity on the palate. Rosé Port Wine Light, fresh and very aromatic, with nuances of wild fruits. Contains sulfites.
Poças Brig’s Dry White
Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with slight maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy. Aging in stainless steel vats. Straw yellow color, floral aroma, citrus, with tropical nuances. Fresh, smooth and persistent palate. Light and fresh dry white Port. Excellent delicious and refreshing aperitif, ideal for hot days. Poças Vintage 2016 Ruby
Ruby dense and impenetrable. Very fresh and springy nose with elegant notes of blackberry, black plum, chocolate, coffee steam, tobacco leaf and spices. The mouth is silky, enveloping, greedy, with round but firm tannins, in a profile of elegance in which stands out the strength of the fruit and the spicy notes. A contemporary vintage, domesticated and ready to drink, but that will not stop growing in bottles in the coming decades. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens Extra Dry White
This Port is characterized by the balance between freshness and alcohol. Total disengagement and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Stage of 5 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle. It is a wine that allows to increase the varietal character of the grapes that were vinified, enhancing the aromas and the acidity of the wine. In the proof presents pale white color, fruity aroma and in the mouth very soft and fresh.
