Poças Colheita 2003 is a high quality Port, coming from a single harvest, aged in hull for at least seven years. In this process, young aromas, fresh and fruity, evolve into a complex and elegant bouquet, well combined with a velvety texture and a persistent finish.
Poças Brig’s Rose
Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with light skin maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Aging in stainless steel vats. Rosé color, very pleasant and fruity aroma, with notes of cherry and raspberry. Fresh, smooth, light and very fruity on the palate. Rosé Port Wine Light, fresh and very aromatic, with nuances of wild fruits. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens Extra Dry White
This Port is characterized by the balance between freshness and alcohol. Total disengagement and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Stage of 5 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle. It is a wine that allows to increase the varietal character of the grapes that were vinified, enhancing the aromas and the acidity of the wine. In the proof presents pale white color, fruity aroma and in the mouth very soft and fresh.
