The harvest began in August and last until the end of September. After a rigorous selection in the vineyards. a second selection was made in the table of choice. The Vertente was vinified in frustoconical vats of stainless steel. It aged for 22 months in French oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation took place. Beautiful violet color with good concentration. Aroma expressive, with a profile marked by mineral notes, black chocolate and wild berries. The wood is well-matched, with smoky notes and spices. Tense, deep and with good structure, it is slim and elegant in the mouth. The tannins are very well integrated, with balanced acidity and a long finish. Contains Sulfites.
