Torreão da Alameda Reserva Magnum Red
22,06 €
The harvest took place in the last week of September. The grapes were harvested manually, to small boxes of 18kg. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle maceration for a good extraction of aromas and color. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels where it remained for 12 months. After bottling the wine remained about 6 months in a fresh cellar before being released to the market. It presents an intense ruby color, aromas of forest fruits and notes of ripe plum, with an excellent structure and a long and expressive finish. Contains Sulfites.

Subtle notes of cedar and pine needles add a layer of complexity.
With great concentration and a structure of dry tannins, it is equally elegant. A notable example from Dão, it promises a long and persistent finish. It pairs perfectly with traditional dishes, such as oven-roasted lamb, elevating any meal into a memorable gastronomic experience. A wine with aging potential, which will reveal itself even more surprising after a few years. An unmissable addition to your collection.
