Classic vinification in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 26 º C. Maceration cared for 5 days. Aged for 8 months in French oak. Clear appearance. red color with hints of garnet, reveals notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry, light blueberry, complexed with nuances of cinnamon and cloves, flanked by fresh vanilla expressions. It presents a very elegant and balanced body, with velvety and round tannins, with good expression of balsamic and pine notes. Defines an exquisite sensory cut with a long, fresh and mineral finish. 1333 bottles were produced. Contains Sulfites.

100% Tinta Carvalha. Tinta Carvalha is a grape variety from the old Alentejo strain, 1/2 sister to Castelão and Moreto and daughter of the crossing of the Sarigo x Alfrocheiro Preto grape varieties. The grapes, on granite soils and under a certified integrated protection regime, are selected on a sorting table, 30% of the whole bunch and 70% destemmed, falling by gravity into the vat. Spontaneous fermentation and 40-day maceration in film, followed by a 12-month aging in stainless steel vats. Very open, ruby color, intense fresh nose, notes of bitter red fruit, pomegranate notes of graphite. Very fine, elegant tense attack with lots of depth and tension. A red that shows that the Alentejo can be something else.
Textura Pura Magnum Red

It is a Dão red wine produced from a single plot in Dão in Gouveia, sub-region of Serra da Estrela. An old vineyard on poor granite soils, 55 years old and at an altitude of 600 meters, is planted in the old Dão way with a mixture of white and red grape varieties. The grapes were fermented in a used French oak vat (40% whole bunches) with indigenous yeasts only, followed by post-fermentation maceration for 30 days. Texture Pura red aged for 16 months in a used 3,000L French oak barrel and in used 225L French oak barrels for 16 months. It is a distinctive red wine, with delicate aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherry and currant, some spices and forest aromas. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, very fine tannins. It is refined and pure with the ever present fruit. Long and complex finish.

An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted wort is decanted for 48 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. The bottling takes place after the stabilization of the wine, followed by a bottle stage. The Alvarinho Soalheiro winemaking is directed to obtain a wine that concentrates the quality of the grapes and allows a good evolution after the bottling.
