Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, with the temperature carefully controlled between 22º and 24ºC, for 16 days, followed by a 12-month aging period in stainless steel vats and 6 months in the bottle, ensuring maturity and balance.
Dona Sancha Red 2021 has a vibrant ruby color. On the nose, black fruit and jam stand out, complemented by vegetal notes typical of the Jaen variety. In the mouth, it surprises with its freshness, fine tannins and spicy nuances. With a medium structure, this wine offers a long and persistent finish, marking each tasting with a memorable experience.

In the mouth it has solid tannins, very mature and with a strong body, finished with nuances of spices. Accompanied with red, stewed or grilled meats, hunter dishes and well-structured cheeses. Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. Stage for 6 months in French oak barrels. Contains Sulfites.
