Quinta de Arcossó Pinot Noir Rosé is a sublime expression of the unique terroir of Arcossó, Vidago, in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Reception with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of 18 tons capacity, with tanning at around 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macerations and partial malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Stage for 10 months in new and used French oak barrels. The stage begins to obtain a wine of great aromatic elegance, where the aromas of the Douro are not masked by the excess of barrel notes. Very smooth and well-ripened tannins, fresh and aromatic, very elegant, with an unusually long finish.
Chocapalha Reserva White

Fermentation took place during 18 days at low temperatures in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine staged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, during 9 months, with "batonnage". Great intensity of color, it presents an excellent balance, good acidity and minerality. A very elegant wine, fresh and with a long finish of mouth. Contains Sulfites.
Carm Reserva White

With the most modern technology and total temperature control we eliminated curls that were not in perfect condition, the grapes were vinified with total destemming, followed by soft crushing and skin maceration for about 12 hours. After this period over an inert atmosphere the press was pressed in a penumatic press, followed by a period of clarification of the must of 24 to 48 hours depending on the variety and maturity stage. Vinification in hyper-reduction, fermentation at 12ºC and transfer under controlled atmosphere. The wines were sucessively stamped in stainless steel and French oak barrels on bottonage until bottling. Contains Sulfites.
