The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months and further refined in the bottle. Bright ruby red color, intense and persistent bouquet with notes of wild fruits that combine well with the aromas released by the wood of the barrels. The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel mill at a temperature of 26–27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and then it was transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. The lottery followed. Aging for 18 months in barrels and 5 years in bottle. Intense color. Aroma shows great depth and complexity, with lots of pepper and nutmeg, macerated berries and moss. In the mouth, vigorous tannins stand out, but tamed by time and solid structure. Rich and exquisite, with a lot of freshness in the endless finish. Contains sulfites.
Mariposa Reserva Magnum Red

The grapes were harvested manually into small boxes of 20 kg, with selection in the vineyard. The composition of the blend varies with the production of each variety in the vineyard. After total destemming, the grapes go to a traditional granite mill, where they macerate for about 48 hours, with temperature control. Fermentation is slow, under controlled temperature, and pumping over is done by foot treading. This wine ages for 1 year in used 225 and 500L French oak barrels. It presents a deep ruby color, with lilac hints. Complex aroma, with notes of wild berries and spices, showing a very present Touriga Nacional and well integrated barrel notes. In the mouth it is full and ripe, with firm but satin tannins. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.
