All the grapes are hand-picked, carefully selected on a mat of choice and trodden in lagares where they ferment for 7 to 10 days at temperatures from 22ºC to 27ºC. New 225L Allier French oak barrels (François Frères, Taransaud, and others), where malolactic fermentation takes place and is aged for 18 months. Quinta Vale D. Maria Vinha do Rio has a fruity nose, with various spices, tobacco, and light notes of chocolate and great intensity. In the mouth, the wine is textured, surprisingly fresh, with great vigor, extremely tasty and with smooth and silky tannins. Contains sulfites.

Discover Vinha do Mouro White, an elegant wine from the vineyards located in Estremoz, at an altitude of 450 meters, under the influence of a continental Mediterranean climate that provides significant thermal amplitude during the maturation period. This microclimate is ideal for developing the complexity of the grapes.
This wine results from careful hand harvesting in 20 kg boxes, followed by an 8-hour skin maceration. The spontaneous fermentation of the grape blend occurs in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18ºC for 2-3 weeks, with subsequent aging in vat and one year in bottle, ensuring ideal development.
Vinha do Mouro White boasts a vibrant citrine color and an attractive aroma that blends mineral notes with citrus and slightly underripe fruit nuances. On the palate, it is well-structured, with mouth volume and marked freshness, supported by excellent and unusual acidity for the region. Perfect for pairing with light dishes and seafood, it should be served at a temperature of 10-12ºC.

Grapes from 21-year-old vines, hand-picked into 20kg boxes. Crushing with total destemming and pre-fermentation pellicular maceration in stainless steel vats, at low temperature, for a period of 48 hours. Completely fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 25°C for 10 days. Intense ruby color. Black forest fruit aroma, showing subtle notes of rosemary. In the mouth it is round and with ripe tannins. Long and refreshing finish.
