The 2015 wine year in Dão was marked by drier winter than the previous year and the rain that fell in early spring allowed some soil water reserves to support the plant during the dry spring and summer months. an early year in July, the vineyard was already in the painter phase, with the harvest beginning one week earlier than the previous year. The wine Quinta da Pellada Muleta is the result of the effort to conserve the genetic heritage that exists in the Dão region. Fermentation in mill, stage in barrels 225l with 10 years and bottled in May 2017 by gravity without filter. Minilismalist intervention to conserve the characteristics of the vineyard. Ruby color of good concentration. The aroma is very elegant, slightly floral, with notes of wild fruit and some menthol. In the mouth, it is alive, and with acidity.
