Manual harvest in 18Kg boxes, careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were picked only by grandfather Nelson and granddaughter Maria Simões. The grapes were fully destemmed and immediately pressed. This wine aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels. It has a vivid and crystalline yellowish color. The first aroma we have is well integrated barrel notes. In the wine, we have white stone fruits such as apricots and peaches that are reminiscent of the great Dão wines. Citrus fruits that give some nose freshness to the wine. It has a pleasant breadth and a large mouth volume that accompanies the tasting from the beginning to the end. It is a wine that has some bitterness at the end, characteristic of gastronomic wines that go very well with food. It has a long and persistent finish.

Aging for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels. Pacheca Reserva Red has a nose that highlights fruit, plum notes and a touch of coffee and chocolate. The wood is perfectly integrated. Manual harvest, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26 ºC for about 7 days with gentle maceration in cement vats, maceration using the classic “delestage” technique, about 3 to 4 per fermentation, malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Aging for 14 months in 300 Lts American oak barrels with extra fine grain. Explosive aroma, very intense, wild fruits and spices with intense notes of licorice in perfect balance with discrete notes from barrel to toast and vanilla. Sweet attack in the mouth, with great volume, the vibrant notes of fruit and spices can be felt in the nose, with very voluminous and soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish. Ready to drink. Made of the nobility of the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, planted in our best vineyards exposed to the south in the Pinhão river valley, we spent 14 months in new French oak casks. Retinto, dense, opaque and almost impenetrable, shows in the nose bright notes of ripe cassia. The tannins appear powerful in the mouth and the end reveals an absolutely remarkable persistence and intensity.
Serve at 16 - 17 ºC. Ideal to accompany red meats and cheeses. Potential of aging. Contains Sulfites.
Suserano Reserva Red

After harvest, the grapes are collected in the cellar and sent to the cold rooms, where the temperature is controlled up to 10oC for 12 hours. The bunches are then stalked and the grapes broken. Partially fermented in frustoconical stainless steel tanks and French oak vats. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the stage partially runs for 7 months in French oak barrels of the Seguin Moreau brand (medium - fine grain), until bottling. The bottle stage occurs for at least 12 months. Contains Sulfites.
