Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, fermentation in stainless steel vats (temperature controlled to preserve the aromatic matrix). Aged 1 year in stainless steel vats and 1 year in French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested for 12 months in a controlled humidity and temperature environment (10/14 ºC). Garnet ruby color, aromas of black pepper notes, together with details of pine needles and flint. Adult wine, with complexity. Fine tannins. Structured wine, whose elegance is camouflaged in the aging toast. End persistent. With aging potential.
