Discover the excellence of Quinta da Rede Reserva White, a citrus wine with vivid green tones that captivate the senses. Its fragrant intensity reveals striking notes of orange blossom, apricot and delicate touches of tropical fruits, complemented by smoky nuances from the barrel, giving it a unique complexity.
This full-bodied and creamy wine maintains a notable lightness and fineness, thanks to the lemony hints that provide freshness and prolong the exuberant finish. Each grape is manually selected on a sorting mat at the entrance to the winery, ensuring maximum quality from harvest.
The production process is meticulous, with gentle pneumatic pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Alcoholic fermentation is completed in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new and 80% used, resulting in a 6-month aging period with weekly removal (“battonage”).

Stage in French oak wood used for 9 months. It presents an intense aroma with notes of white fruits, tropical fruits and light citrus. In the mouth it presents a lively attack, with a very good structure and natural acidity that gives it a well balanced freshness with post-fermentative wood notes. Very harmonious finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta da Pedra Escrita White
Organic wine: Manual harvest for small 15 kg perforated boxes, fermentation with cold technology, in a reductive environment, with controlled temperature around 16ºC. The grapes are pressed without crushing and without destemming under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grapes. A great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, being responsible for the intrinsic quality of the future wine. The entire wine is fermented in used French oak and remains there after a small racking over fine lees with periodic “battonage” stirring until the final blend is made. 6 months in French oak barrels, fermentation and agitation stage with fine lees, coming from the very sandy Upper Douro granitic soil at an average altitude of 575 meters. It has a citrus and mineral aroma, grapefruit notes, discrete exotic fruits and country flowers. Very persistent and fresh mouth with very lively citrus notes, resulting in a very elegant set.
Quinta de Cidrô Alvarinho White
Fine and delicate aromas of citrus fruits and orange blossom, which presents excellent aromatic complexity. Expressive and personalized, it is above all a Douro wine: full-bodied and full, revealing flavors that can be guessed in the aroma. A long and distinct Alvarinho, determined by a crisp acidity and a tasty minerality. Contains sulfites.
Meandro do Vale Meão White
After slight crushing the grapes are subjected to a thermal shock, followed by passing through a traditional vertical press. The wort is transferred to small capacity wine tanks with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine stems on the lees for seven months. As a result of traditional pressing, the wine has an intense greenish color. In it we can find the vibrant acidity of Arinto combined with the living fruit of the Rabigato. The mouth surprises by the density and freshness.
