Manual harvest, bunch by bunch, individually selected. Fermentation in a stone mill and treading of the masses lasting between 6 to 8 days. Malolactic fermentation and 16 months aging in French and American oak barrels. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit matching perfectly with the touch of barrel. In the mouth, the firm tannins and fruit stand out, complementing each other in a complex and elegant structure. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were harvested manually, transported in 35 kg boxes and selected on a sorting table. Destemming without crushing followed by pressing. Decantation after 24 hours, and fermentation in stainless steel between 14-16ºC. Stage on lees for 6 months. Open ruby-pink color. Intense nose, notes of crushed fresh strawberry, some vegetable. Fresh, crunchy attack, present acidity, with excellent salinity. Great persistence.

Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. The grapes are kept at low temperature for 48 hours. After destemming the grapes, they are pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation. About 30% of the batch is fermented in French oak barrels. The remainder ferment in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature, between 14 and 16ºC. It presents a golden yellow color. Intense aroma dominated by exotic fruits like grapefruit, and white fruits like peach. It has an easily perceived acidity, involved in the volume and body of the wine. A wine with a unique personality and a high final persistence. Contains sulfites.
Quinta de Chocapalha Red

The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 12 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was done in mills, with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, during 10 days, with the use of robot to step. The wine aged for 18 months in second and third use French oak barrels. Deep color of violet tonally, with good concentration in the nose. Rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruit and spices combined with floral notes. In the mouth it looks elegant and fresh, with an excellent tannins-acidity combination, and a long, smooth and elegant finish.

Niepoort Diálogo Magnum Red

After transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes were carefully destemmed to a stainless steel vat where they fermented at a controlled temperature for about a week. Part of the batch is stacked in French oak barrels while the rest is kept in stainless steel for about 6 months. Medium brick color wine with a magnificent, fresh, clean and precise aroma of dark cherries, floral suggestions and a rustic and balsamic profile of spices. On the palate, it is more robust than the previous year. with a markedly rustic character. Once again, an excellent wine, balanced and elegant, presenting the simple style (uncomplicated). Contains Sulfites.
