Maria Izabel Vinhas Velhas White
48,31 €
The grapes from several very old vineyards in the Alto Douro Vinhateiro (Mêda) were pressed in whole bunches, in order to extract the freshest and most vibrant must possible. Keeping the origin of each vineyard, the musts followed the alcoholic fermentation in new 500L French oak barrels. Fermentation process from indigenous yeasts, brings more complexity and character to wines. Long maturation on total lees (12 months). Malolactic partials make up the Burgundian-inspired route. Concise, elegant, frank, expressive. Fresh citrus notes with great notoriety, lime, grapefruit, flower, white fruit, irreproachable trace of pure minerality. Wide mouth, serious, exuberant acidity, salty, long trace. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature and around 15ºC for 20 days under indigenous yeasts. This wine has no influence of aging in barrel. Crystalline in color with greenish nuances, this wine shows the authenticity of the grape variety, in a fresh and elegant way. Notes of pear and white flowers in the aroma. With a good volume in the mouth and structured, showing the toast of the barrel in harmony with an almost crunchy acidity and citric character.
Post Scriptum Magnum Red
38,05 €
The grapes are picked by hand prior to destemming and there is an automated selection process. These are gently crushed before being transferred to the fermentation in the vats where they are inoculated with a specially selected yeast culture and fermented at 25 ° C. During fermentation, the wines are gently macerated with the ability to mature in the bottle. Post Scriptum DOC features a deep ruby color, appealing ripe plum scents. Bulky and well structured body. Very elegant tannins, presenting a very fresh and long-lasting finish. It is ready to drink but reveals a high potential for aging. Contains Sulfites.
Mariposa Encruzado Magnum White
27,46 €
The grapes were harvested manually for small boxes of 20kg, with selection in the vineyard. The grapes were again selected on the carpet of choice, cooled to the entrance of the cellar and immediately pressed. Part of the resulting wort was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it completed the fermentation and where it remained about 6 months. The rest of the wine, about 3/5, fermented and staged only in stainless steel. Citrus yellow color, floral aroma with light toasted notes and perception of granite. In the mouth it is unctuous with citric notes and a lively acidity. Ends long and vibrant.
Contains Sulfites.
