The harvested grapes were selected from the vineyard and then introduced into the vats with 40% destemmed and 60% whole bunches, allowing the extraction of color and aroma compounds more smoothly during 2 weeks of alcoholic fermentation entirely in stainless steel vats, having completed the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. After 12 months in a French Oak Balseiro preceded by a stage of more than 40 years of Cognac. Deep ruby colored wine, intense aroma, fresh super complex, somewhat closed, notes of red fruit, light jam, fine spice. Incredible cut in the mouth, polished, salty, vibrant. Contains sulfites.

In the mouth it has a smoky streak and sparkling acidity that gives a beautiful freshness and underlines the minerality of the soils of Fonte Souto. End of mouth with smooth texture and great balance. Contains sulfites.
Quinta de la Rosa DOC Red
The ripe fruit becomes more elegant thanks to fresh forest and floral aromas; in the mouth the volume and the excellent acidity are outstanding. The Quinta de la Rosa red 2013 shows well the profile of the vintage: full of fruit, medium-bodied and vibrant at the end. The live tannins show that you will benefit greatly from the bottle stage. Quinta de Foz de Arouce White
Fermentation in French oak barrels of 1st year (20%) and 2nd year (80%). Aged for 7 months in fermentation barrels with batonnage. Lemon yellow color. Complex aroma with notes of lime and grapefruit, cut grass and fennel. Good structure and pronounced acidity. Smooth with vanilla and smoked notes. Long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
