It aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. It presents itself as a more complex and textured wine, full of elegance and volume, widely gastronomic or to be enjoyed solo. Dark and dense garnet color. Nose of great impact and balance between notes of ripe black fruit, plum and fig and notes of wood aging. In the race it presents a unique lightness and power with a velvety texture and facing the table. Contains sulfites.

Donzelinho presents a very unusual and exotic style, with a terpenic aromatic profile where floral nuances and suggestions of rosemary appear. A fresh wine, where the flavors adhere to the aroma, also revealing good minerality and acidity. Contains Sulfites.

Harvest made exclusively in boxes of 20kg with two passages, the 1st passage is to eliminate clusters with sanitary problems and with poor maturation. Pressing of whole grapes in pneumatic press (low pressure) and fermentation at low temperature 10-15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Maturation of 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vat at controlled temperature. Clear and clear citrus color. Well balanced and fruity floral and fruit aromas, typical of the very mature grapes of the Loureiro variety. Contains Sulfites.
