Quinta Seara d'Ordens Talentvs Memórias Red is a DOC Douro wine, made from a rigorous selection of grapes from the Touriga Nacional (50%), Touriga Franca (25%), and Tinta Roriz (25%) varieties. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 additional months in the bottle, this wine features a deep ruby color and a strong, authentic character. On the nose, it stands out with expressive floral and mineral notes, blended with ripe fruit. On the palate, it showcases the full personality of the grape varieties, with floral notes, spices, and rich tannins, offering a very persistent finish. Perfect for pairing with buttery goat and sheep cheeses, traditional sausages, and red meats, Quinta Seara d'Ordens Talentvs Memórias Red is an intense wine that ages positively for many years after bottling.
