It is surprising to originate wines with a strong aromatic personality and great potential for aging. Laiva ruby color. The mouth shows remarkable elegance, with vibrant acidity that gives it great freshness. It ends in a long and persistent way. Contains Sulfites.

Made from a blend of native Azorean varieties (70%) and with different European varieties (30%). After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Aged on fine lees for 4 months after which the wine was bottled. Greenish yellow color. In the aroma, the notes of tropical fruits and citrus stand out, involved in a beautiful volcanic set. In the mouth it has volume, a lot of freshness and minerality. Clear appearance, ruby color. Blue fruit notes, spice and mineral nuances. Transport in 20 kg boxes and total destemming. Step on foot in traditional granite presses. Alcoholic fermentation in a wine press for 8 to 10 days with continuous work and controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels where it remains for 16 months. It presents an elegant and fresh palate, revealing great balance in the whole. Contains sulfites.

Clear color and citrine. Delicate aroma with notes of lemon, green apple and tropical fruits. In the mouth test shows fresh fruit, and minerality with a refreshing citric acidity.
The harvest took place in the second week of September, with careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard. The grapes manually harvested for small boxes of 18 kg were immediately pressed with stink and the resulting must passed to small stainless steel tanks where it decanted at low temperature for 48 h. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by stage in stainless steel tank being only filtered before bottling. Contains Sulfites.
