Firmamento Loureiro White

Try Firmamento Loureiro Branco, a wine of choice from the Lima Sub-Region, the heart of Vinhos Verdes. Exclusively Loureiro, it reveals the soul of the region's granite soils, the result of careful manual harvesting and vinification that preserves the unique aromas of the variety. Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation enhance its complexity and finesse.
On the nose, this wine enchants with intense floral aromas, highlighting white rose and orange blossom, complemented by citrus freshness. A six-month aging in stainless steel, with regular lipstick, deepens its structure, resulting in a perfect balance between freshness and minerality, and leading to a prolonged finish and stimulating acidity.
Perfect to accompany light dishes, such as fresh salads, seafood and fine fish, it should be served between 9 and 11 ºC, guaranteeing an exceptional gastronomic experience. Firmamento Loureiro Branco is the right choice for those who value pure and refined wines.

Taboadella Jaen Red

Manual harvest. 100% destemmed by vibration. Stage 50% new 500l French oak barrel for 7 months; 50% in stainless steel vats. With Jaen we discovered the Iberian Peninsula in Portugal (an identity associated with the Mencia variety). The fresh altitude of the Dão lands promotes sucolence, bluish fruit and white spice. The slopes of Taboadella bring this modernity. Jaen is one of its treasures and the joy of fruity and intense aromas, combined with allspice, placing the grape in another dimension. The beautiful structure supported by soft, fine and coated tannins, combines perfectly with the tense and delicate body that this wine provides. Contains sulfites.

After manual harvesting and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were hand-de-stemmed and the grapes trodden by foot in a small press. Fermentation started spontaneously and lasted approximately 20 days. It was transferred to a pitcher without the use of electricity. This wine has a red fruit aroma. Fresh, light and disconcerting wine. Harmonization and longevity: It is a challenge to gastronomy. It can be consumed immediately or in the next 5 to 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, protected from light and without temperature fluctuations. Contains sulfites.
