Caementa is the wine that rescues the tradition of cement in Dão in a contemporary version. Made from the Tinta Roriz variety, planted at an altitude of between 400 and 500 mts, vinification in cement formats the first Taboadella Caementa Rosé in a less intrusive version, allowing for greater aromatic clarity and physical persistence without interfering with the fermentation kinetics, which enhances the genuine character of the Tinta Roriz variety and highlights the expression of this unique Taboadella terroir.
