This wine was produced exclusively from the Trincadeira variety. The grapes were rigorously selected for their optimal ripeness. They were fermented unleashed, at controlled temperatures, and regular, with an extended period of maceration of the films to improve fruit aroma and achieve a good balance and structure of tannins. Scented aromas of plum, spices and oak toast. Flavor full of fruit and deliciously smooth and velvety. Contains Sulfites.

After destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Static decanting for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Clear wine, straw color, aromas of apricot, lime and peach, with notes of toast from the barrel. Fresh, unctuous and structured, with notes of citrus, toasted barrel and persistent finish. Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. In contact with the lees for about 7 months. 75% of the batch in stainless steel vats and the rest in a concrete egg. Light citrus color, singular and complex aroma dominated by citrus fruits, characteristic of the Loureiro variety. Dominated by a vibrant acidity with a long and persistent finish. Great capacity for evolution is expected. Contains sulfites.
