Manual harvest in the morning for 12kg boxes. De-stem and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10ºC through a mass exchanger. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Open salmon color. In the aroma, floral notes and red fruits stand out. The mouth is rich in fresh fruit, balanced acidity and a pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming without crushing the berries. The two varieties fermented together in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeages. After an aging period of 19 months in used 500L barrels, we carry out a light gluing and subsequent bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Open grenat color, fragrant, exuberant aroma, a combination of aromas of red fruits and spices. Smooth attack, very silky tannins, very light with excellent freshness. Elegant. Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Ruby color loaded with slight reddish loaves.
