Quinta da Rede Reserva White
Discover the excellence of Quinta da Rede Reserva White, a citrus wine with vivid green tones that captivate the senses. Its fragrant intensity reveals striking notes of orange blossom, apricot and delicate touches of tropical fruits, complemented by smoky nuances from the barrel, giving it a unique complexity.
This full-bodied and creamy wine maintains a notable lightness and fineness, thanks to the lemony hints that provide freshness and prolong the exuberant finish. Each grape is manually selected on a sorting mat at the entrance to the winery, ensuring maximum quality from harvest.
The production process is meticulous, with gentle pneumatic pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Alcoholic fermentation is completed in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new and 80% used, resulting in a 6-month aging period with weekly removal ("battonage").

Beyra Biológico White
Grapes produced in organic production in vineyards planted in the plateau of Beira Interior, in high altitude granite soils. Vineyards planted exclusively with native varieties, perfectly adapted to the rustic climate caused by the altitude. Hand-picked grapes, reception without destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation for a period of about 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Stage in stainless steel vats. The low productivity of granitic soils, especially in organic production, gave rise to this wine with an intense, fresh and very elegant aroma, with citrus notes in harmony with very discreet floral notes. In the mouth it is very fresh with volume provided by contact and lifting of the fine lees until bottling. Contains sulfites.
Taboadella Jaen Red
Manual harvest. 100% destemmed by vibration. Stage 50% new 500l French oak barrel for 7 months; 50% in stainless steel vats. With Jaen we discovered the Iberian Peninsula in Portugal (an identity associated with the Mencia variety). The fresh altitude of the Dão lands promotes sucolence, bluish fruit and white spice. The slopes of Taboadella bring this modernity. Jaen is one of its treasures and the joy of fruity and intense aromas, combined with allspice, placing the grape in another dimension. The beautiful structure supported by soft, fine and coated tannins, combines perfectly with the tense and delicate body that this wine provides. Contains sulfites.
Marquês D’Almeida Grande Reserva White
Aging for 8 months in new French oak barrels with battonage. A new wine from Cepas Velhas. Aromatically it is a very fresh wine, with citrus fruit, in harmony with light floral nuances and strong mineral notes typical of the Terroir. Note the presence of wood in an elegant and harmonious way. Finishes long and persistent. Contains sulfites.
