For Xutos fans, listening to this album with a glass of this wine will have a special flavor. This special edition, aged for 9 months in 400L French oak barrels, is limited to 4000 bottles. Manual harvesting, fermentation in mills and prolonged maceration of 4 weeks. Maloactic fermentation in barrels (Burgundy cooperatives). It presents a ruby color, intense aroma, complex, notes of ripe red fruit and blackberries, balsamic touch of the barrel. Balanced palate, very elegant, good acidity, long finish and pleasant persistence. Stage of 12 months in new French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Contains Sulfites.

Harvest made exclusively in boxes of 20kg with two passages, the 1st passage is to eliminate clusters with sanitary problems and with poor maturation. Pressing of whole grapes in pneumatic press (low pressure) and fermentation at low temperature 10-15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Maturation of 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vat at controlled temperature. Clear and clear citrus color. Well balanced and fruity floral and fruit aromas, typical of the very mature grapes of the Loureiro variety. Contains Sulfites.
