Quinta do Portal Grande Reserva Red

Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC. Aging in new French oak casks for 14 months. A beautiful wine with aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry and black cherry, as well as a freshness given by wild aromas. On the palate it shows good acidity, with well present but ripe tannins, polished and well harmonized with the toast provided by the wooden stage. Ends long and with a slight and bitter seductive.
