Manual Harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in mills with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Stage in vats on lees for 6 months. Intense ruby color, aroma of forest fruits, orange peel and white flowers. Powerful palate, good freshness, smooth tannins, good persistence. Contains Sulfites.

The fermentation took place in stainless steel mills, of small dimensions with temperature control in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance. After the fermentation it staged in 4 types of oak barrels during 12 months and the same period in the bottle. Of course, garnet color, the nose features an intense profile aroma, suggesting ripe fruit with soft wood notes and spice notes. The palate shows the full-bodied and well-balanced acidity, with robust and good tannins combined with long and elegant final finish. Contains Sulfites.

This wine that comes from the south of the Douro border, granite soils, mixes several white and red varieties. Hand-picked grapes for small boxes, perfectly matured. The bunches were placed whole in a stainless steel tank. The fermentation began within the grapes, and only then the masses were pressed and the fermentation finished. Most of the wine staged in the stainless steel tank, only 20% was staged for 10 months in used barrels. Aroma of forest fruits, silk tannins, lively acidity that surprises and brings a lot of freshness and vibration. Contains Sulfites.
