Grapes harvested by hand in small boxes and transported to the winery located on the farm itself, the transportation time being very short. Total destemming. Very short skin maceration. Long fermentation at low temperature: 20 ° C. Total malolactic fermentation. Aging in stainless steel for 9 months followed by aging in bottle for 6 months. Young wine with a bright ruby color. Aromas of ripe wild fruits with nuances of cherry and black pepper. Fine and velvety tannins that harmoniously contrast with a well-creased and fresh acidity. It finishes long, soft and full of black fruit. Contains Sulfites.

Total destemming and pressing. Selection of grape must and post cooling and decantation at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature and around 15ºC for 20 days. About 15% of the wine ferment and age for 6 months in a 500L French oak barrel. The barrel aging allowed this wine to stand out from all its most mineral characteristics. Floral in aroma, but in harmony with the barrel, this wine is very complete, with a remarkable volume and structure from the first taste. The citrus notes and the minerality, give freshness to the wine, keeping the aftertaste vibrant and long. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest during the month of September for 25 kg boxes. After sorting the bunches in the vineyard, the berries were also chosen by optical sorting at the entrance to the cellar, so that only the perfect berries were used. These were then refrigerated, destemmed and pressed in an inert environment. Subsequent cold decanting and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16ºC. Stage in stainless steel vats. Soft in color, pale pink with red nuances. It shows an intense and fresh aroma of red fruits, especially raspberries, with light vegetable notes. Acidity elegantly balanced with the volume in the mouth, making it a very appetizing rosé. Contains sulfites.

As hand-vindicated grapes for small boxes of 25 Kg, according to a judicious selection of melhores na vinha grapes. As completely ungagged grapes for small stainless steel tanks. The fermentation lasted about 15 days with controlled temperature and soft remontagens for a boa extraction of heart and aromas. After a malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in French (80%) and American (20%) barrels of carvalho and batchwise, to balance varietal fruit and complex carvalho. It appears as an intense ruby color. Very fine and delicate without aroma, prevailing with notes of bergamot and vermelho fruits. On the palate it is well-integrated with notes from the oak barrels that are perfectly integrated, always enhancing the chaste floral notes to show the virtues of this specific terroir that gives it great complexity and longevity.
