The overripe grapes, affected by the fungus of noble rot, were carefully harvested in November and transported to the cellar in small boxes. The grapes were pressed in vertical press and the fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank with temperature control. Stage in stainless steel tank for 18 months. Clear wine, golden color, aromas of orange compote, apricot and honey. Unctuous, rich, fresh, with notes of honey and citrus, long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.

Very exuberant aroma, with citrus notes, with nuances of fig, honey and some apricot.
