The Macallan M features one of the darkest colors ever produced by the brand and is entirely natural. It presents a delicate palate of dates, figs, ginger, nutmeg, roasted apple, fine pastries and aniseed. Punctuates with old wood, fresh tobacco and light notes of dried fruit. On the palate, notes of ginger and nutmeg emerge that intertwine with dates, roasted apple, orange essential oil and dark chocolate, giving way to sweet vanilla and rich wood until aromas of spices and coconut return. The finish is rich, warm with woody spices, ginger and raisins.

Refined aromas of ripe plums, pears, lily, iris, tobacco, clove and honey fill the nose. The palate offers notes of wild peaches, lime, coconut milk, vanilla, sage, chamomile and roasted coffee that linger in the finish.
