Rum William Hinton – Single Cask finish is the result of an exclusive blend of rum manufactured by two generations of rum producers in Madeira Island. Our 6 years old rum, carefully aged in French oak casks, was blended with 25 years old rum, certainly one of the last rums, if not the very last to be produced by the Hinton distillery. Ultimately, the result of this combination of different aged rums, was evolved in a 9 months single cask finish. Limited edition of 276 bottles.

Depaz Port Cask Finish
Depaz Port Cask Finish is matured for at least 8 years in specially selected small oak barrels. It is then finished for 11 months in Port wine casks that give it rich aromas of fig and cooked fruit. Delicately structured oak notes with vanilla, chocolate and ripe fruits. Soft oak flavor, followed by vanilla and chocolate pastry. Notes of mature Port develop, velvety with hazelnut, dried fruits, cocoa and rose jam. The finish reveals lingering notes of subtle jasmine, coffee and plum.

Zacapa 23 anos
Rum Zacapa features a dark mahogany color with a nose full of apricots, citrus fruits, cacao, vanilla and bourbon; dense, with wonderful complexities of aroma and flavor. Great intensity on the nose, with sweet notes of wood. Sweet fruity flavor, vanilla, almonds, chocolate, toasted wood and delicate spice suggestions. Dense and exceptionally balanced, with a very long flavor. Attractive and suggestive ending; elegant and noble.
