GIZ Cuvée de Noirs
Lightly pressed grapes with whole bunch. After fermentation in the bottle, a 28-month reservoir was added. 840 bottles were produced. Complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of red fruit (ripe cherry, raspberry) and light floral traces. Toast and brioche notes add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Cabriz DOC Bruto White
Produced with the varieties Arinto and Bical. It is a sparkling wine with a light yellow and citrus color, fine to medium bubble, very persistent. Nose citrus, little complex, with light pastry and sap. Sweet touch with good freshness and living finish. Excellent as an appetizer or to accompany seafood dishes, fish, grilled meats, various desserts. Store in a cool, dry place. Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 16 ° C. Sparkling by the classical method. Contains sulfites.
Murganheira Czar Grand Cuvée Rose
A sparkling wine vinified with the "Pinot Noir" variety of excellence. This Rosé nectar results from the care and rigor characteristic of Murganheira, associated to the most modern techniques applied in obtaining large "Cuvées". Soon in its launching was considered one of the wines of the year, by the renowned critic João Paulo Martins. Contains sulfites.
Dinamite Blanc de Noirs Grande Reserva White
Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method. Aged for 48 months in the bottle. Pale copper color. Intense and complex aroma, dry fruits, bread yeast stand out in an austere set. On the palate the blister is fine and abundant with smooth and creamy foam. Reveals freshness and persistence at the end. Contains sulfites.
