Quinta do Vesuvio is considered as the most emblematic property of the Douro Valley. This legendary vineyard stands out for its remote location and grand scale. It was acquired in 1989 by the Symington family, whose experience in the Douro dates back to several centuries. The Quinta is the last large Douro estate that keeps granite lagoon treading as an exclusive method in the production of its Port wines, continuing a tradition dating back to 1827. Store this bottle in a horizontal and decent position before serving.

Port Wine 10 Years aged in barrels of oak in the warehouses of the Douro. Burgundy color with topaz reflections, bouquet aroma pronounced with notes of fruit like orange and plum, ends with notes of nuts and vanilla. Flavor velvety, rich, complex, with notes of spices and nuts. It accompanies diverse desserts well, in the summer served slightly fresh and in the winter at the ambient temperature accompanying a good conversation. Result of a blend with our best aged wines. 100% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Stage for 132 months in Tonéis de Carvalho, 36 months in French oak casks and 3 months in bottle. Flavor velvety, rich, complex, with notes of spices and nuts. Contains sulfites.
Poças Brig’s Rose
Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with light skin maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Aging in stainless steel vats. Rosé color, very pleasant and fruity aroma, with notes of cherry and raspberry. Fresh, smooth, light and very fruity on the palate. Rosé Port Wine Light, fresh and very aromatic, with nuances of wild fruits. Contains sulfites.
Poças Vintage 2016 Ruby
Ruby dense and impenetrable. Very fresh and springy nose with elegant notes of blackberry, black plum, chocolate, coffee steam, tobacco leaf and spices. The mouth is silky, enveloping, greedy, with round but firm tannins, in a profile of elegance in which stands out the strength of the fruit and the spicy notes. A contemporary vintage, domesticated and ready to drink, but that will not stop growing in bottles in the coming decades. Contains sulfites.
