The clean must started fermentation in stainless steel, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. 75% Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to enhance the aromas of the grape varieties, and 25% in 500lt French oak barrels. This rose on the nose presents aromas of red fruits in the mouth it is wide and voluminous with a medium finish.

The grapes were fully destemmed and immediately pressed. This wine aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels. It has a vivid and crystalline yellowish color. The first aroma we have is well integrated barrel notes. In the wine, we have white stone fruits such as apricots and peaches that are reminiscent of the great Dão wines. Citrus fruits that give some nose freshness to the wine. It has a pleasant breadth and a large mouth volume that accompanies the tasting from the beginning to the end. It is a wine that has some bitterness at the end, characteristic of gastronomic wines that go very well with food. It has a long and persistent finish.

The resulting must passed into a small stainless steel tank, where it was decanted at low temperature for 48 hours. The clean must started fermentation in 500l French oak barrels, with indigenous yeasts. The wine remained in barrels for 4 months. Very slight yellowish color, very clear, on the nose it is very enveloping and very appealing. Aromas of white-skinned fruits such as peach and apricot. It is a very fat wine, with a lot of freshness and excellent acidity. It is a wine with great balance in the mouth, being present from the beginning of the mouth to the end.

The resulting must was transferred to new 250lt French oak barrels, where it fermented with indigenous yeasts for 6 months. Concreting was not carried out during fermentation, as the wine itself already showed a lot of fat and complexity. Encruzado is a harmonious, precise, complex wine with excellent acidity and a long aftertaste.

The grapes were completely destemmed in small stainless steel vats, where they were macerated for 24 hours at low temperature, before starting alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 15 days, with mechanical treading for good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to new 225L French oak barrels, where it remained for 9 months until completing the malolactic fermentation here. Notes of berries, spices and floral notes typical of the variety. In the mouth it is enveloping with good acidity and a very elegant mineral background.
