Located on a slope to the south, at an altitude of 375 meters and with a slope of 20%, the granite soil gives the wine unique characteristics. Traditional winemaking in a press, with foot treading, followed by a 12-month aging period in French oak barrels, both new and used, culminates in a period of maturation in the cellar for 6 months after bottling. This careful elaboration results in a wine of intense color and aroma, where floral and ripe fruit notes stand out, in perfect harmony with the elegance of the wood.
