Wine

Fresh and elegant, this wine of intense but delicate tannins expresses the whole character of the Romaneira vineyards. It has soft notes of licorice, which come from the wild indigo plants that exist in Romaneira. On the palate reveals intense fruit and a wild character, marked by spices. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes, coming from the manual harvest of our associates, are immediately stalked and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts, the fermentation begins at controlled temperature (25ºC). During this period the maceration or tanning is done by the process of timed reassembly, in order to have a greater extraction of color and tannins. The tanning lasts about 15 days. Contains Sulfites.

Salmon color, red fruit aroma, light minerals and vegetable touch. Much taste in the mouth, the perception of tannin, creamy, long end always with great presence, A rose with ambition and clarity for the table. Contains Sulfites.

Produced from the varieties Códega, Rabigato and Viosinho, it is a wine with quince and peach aroma, wooden notes inserted in the set, textured and at the same time. Ideal for grilled fish, seafood and sushi. Contains Sulfites.
