Carefully vinified close to the vineyards, through gentle pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures, the wine evolves in a seductive way. Grown in the Estremoz region, with strains ranging from 13 to 35 years old, the process includes fermentation in stainless steel vats and lagares, with foot treading, and a stage in French oak. It has an intense ruby ​​color, revealing aromas of ripe fruit and spices, complemented by subtle notes of barrel. The palate is rich, marked by fine but robust tannins, which promise a long and elegant aftertaste.
