After distillation, the whisky is aged for 3 years in bourbon casks, adding complexity and depth to its flavor profile. Unchill-filtered, it retains all its authenticity and natural texture, offering a pure, intense tasting experience. This limited edition has been specially produced in small quantities from a careful selection of 10 Bourbon casks, resulting in just 3,000 bottles. On the nose, it reveals a complex, delicate aroma with nuances of plum, wildflower honey, and bourbon vanilla. On the palate, it displays a velvety, gourmand texture, with pronounced notes of orange marmalade, vanilla, and French toast. Flavors blend subtly, creating a complex, balanced palette. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving rich, slightly spicy cereal notes and hints of candied fruit on the palate, a warm conclusion that prolongs the tasting pleasure.

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 uses refined natural ingredients such as corn, rye, barley malt and iron-free water. With a careful distillation and aging process in the unique climate of Tennessee, the whiskey interacts intensely with white oak barrels, giving it a woody flavor and color. The water, coming from a limestone cave, is removed at 3,200 liters per minute at a constant temperature of 13°C. The charcoal mellowing method, charcoal mellowing and copper pipes highlight Jack Daniel's Old No. 7, classifying it as Tennessee Whiskey, different from Bourbon, produced exclusively in Kentucky. Stork Club Full Proof Rye is an amber whiskey made from small batches of locally grown rye. Aged in American and German oak barrels. The aroma that emerges on the nose comes from caramel and sweet vanilla combined with grains and caramel. Caramel and black pepper flavor, followed by nuts and a hint of vanilla. From the end it is fascinatingly long.

Akashi Single Malt 5 Years Old Bourbon Cask is an American expression of the iconic Japanese whiskey from the small Eigashima distillery located in the Inland Sea of Japan, in Hyogo Prefecture. Composed of a blend of single malts aged for at least 5 years in American oak barrels, the famous bourbon barrel, this lightly peaty whiskey expresses notes of vanilla and cereals on the nose, then on the palate, spicy and fruity aromas are added to a delicate peat. The long finish reveals salty notes in addition to spices.

Very tasty whisky that has been finished in a 225 liter cask (hence the name) that previously held matured Sauternes dessert wine from Chateau Suduiraut. The result is a golden colored single malt with a deliciously creamy and fruity flavour.

Maturation in Port wine barrels, sweet and quite soft in the mouth. Powerful and spicy.

Unlike the bourbon or rye, which, by definition, must age in new oak barrels, the American whiskey is aged in a way that uses soaked whiskey barrels to obtain a rich and unique flavor profile.

What makes Teeling Blackpitts so unique is the triple distillation process, which reduces some of the medicinal character you would get from a traditional Scottish Peated Single Malt and allows the more barbeque smoke characteristic to shine. This is then combined with signature Teeling innovative cask maturation using both ex-bourbon and ex-Sauternes white wine casks. Which is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration to produce a truly different and unique expression of Teeling and Irish Whiskey . The inspiration for the use of these casks came from a previous bottling of Teeling 24-Year-Old Single Malt which was honoured as the “World’s Best Single Malt” in 2019 at the World Whiskies Awards.

Hand selected casks of grain and malt whiskey are initially fully aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then married together in Central American rum casks for up to 12 months for a unique, dried fruit profile.
