Excellent aromatic presence, with hazelnut notes, and others that resemble toasted bread, baked apple. Unctuous in the mouth, with a very fine bubble, in a set with a very dry profile but very elegant, sophisticated, long, full of flavour. Delicious. Contains sulfites.

Ribeiro Santo Excellence Brut Nature White
100% Touriga Nacional grape variety. A special parcel in our Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Harvest by hand. Total destemming and decanting at low temperatures for 24h. The first fermentation happened in a stainless steel vat. An in-tank batonnage was followed for 3 months. The second fermentation followed the traditional method of fermentation in bottle, which was held in a cool cellar for 24 months. Light and refined salmon color. Delicate and engaging aromas of apricot, some tangerine and slight toast. Lovely harmony between acidity and structure. Fine bubble offering complexity and freshness. Creamy body with incredible depth. Will age beautifully in bottle. Contain sulfites.
Casa da Passarellla O Enólogo – Vinhas Velhas 3x Red
Dão wine, Casa da Passarella O Énologo - Vinhas Velhas, is born from a single vineyard with 80 years, so it is through it that we intend to assume the unique terroir of that parcel. The old vineyard is a set of vines of about 24 different grape varieties (including some white grape varieties, as was absolutely normal at the time) that, over the course of almost a century, have naturally adapted to that plot, in perfect harmony. The harvest is manual and done in one go, with the fermentation of the entire blend of grapes made in a traditional cement vat. As a result of the natural balance given by the vine, fermentation takes place spontaneously, without any need to correct the must. So we take over our terroir - with a minimalist wine in our cellar. Vinification in a cement vat with pre- and post-fermentative maceration. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels. It presents an opaque red color, aroma of red fruits with spicy notes. Full-bodied, fresh and elegant with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Elemento Red
El3mento is born from a partnership between Luís Pedro Cândido da Silva and Carmelo Peña Santana, who since the university had a dream of joining the two heads and making a wine together. After 5 years, and many ideas shared, the first El3mento in the Douro was born, from a centuries-old vineyard 600 meters above sea level in the area of Barcos - Tabuaço. A spontaneous fermentation, with the whole bunch in clay pot, without temperature control and macerated for about 4 months. A risky process, taking into account the low levels of sulfur dioxide used, which will not be released every year due to its volatility. Contains sulfites.
DSF Coleção Privada Cabernet Sauvignon Red
Vinification in tanning at 28ºC, aging without wood. Ruby color, reveals all the potential of the variety in an intense, very harmonious and limpid way as it has no interference from the aging factor in wood. The predominant aromas are cassis, tomato leaf and graphite. Very long palate with tannins very present, the aromas found in the nose are also on the palate. Wine full of personality. Joseph Drouhin Clos de Mouches Red
Manual harvest, in small open boxes to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The maceration and winemaking takes 2 to 3 weeks. Maceration and fermentation temperatures under total control. Joseph Drouhin seeks full control of the extraction process; the extraction gives color and substance to a wine, but it should never be detrimental to its delicacy and typical character. An exceptional wine, deep ruby ??red in color, with the lively shine of the great Burgundies. Intense and fresh nose for young wines. The primary notes of red fruits dominate, such as Morello cherry, raspberry, blackberry. There are notes of complexity with smoky flavors that evolve into licorice. When the wine is maturing, aromas of pepper, tobacco, humus and undergrowth appear. When drinking wine, the first impression is always crisp and the texture fleshy. The body is firm without being rough, well geared without being heavy. In younger wines there is great freshness. With age, wine becomes round. It acquires "gras" (velvety texture) and a more precise architecture, supported by silky tannins. It is alive and at the same time exquisite. Martha’s Single Vat Vintage 2017 Ruby
2017 will be remembered for the very dry conditions, projecting this year to be one of the driest ever. The harvest was extraordinarily precocious, the grapes were, in general, exceptionally healthy and perfectly ripe, with very thick films, producing dense, very well structured and deep wines, showing great aroma reserves, with a pleasant mineral dimension which gives a touch of elegance and sobriety to the fruity, this very intense and powerful. It presents a dense, intense and opaque purple color. The nose is opulent, with notes of red fruits, spices and tobacco leaves. Delicate tannins with menthol notes. Excellent structure and balance. Casa da Passarella Abanico Reserva 3x Red
Classic blend wine from Dão, the Abanico Reserva is born from different vineyards of Casa da Passarella. The grapes that serve as base are the Touriga Nacional, the Alfrocheiro and the Jaen, and respecting the balance of the different plots chosen, we harvest the grapes manually for boxes of 12 kg. The fermentation takes place in traditional cement tanks and pre-fermentation and post-fermentation is done, the stage is partially made in new French oak barrels for a year, and the whole process of stabilization for bottling is done in a natural way - we do not subject this wine to any type of filtration. Chryseia was produced from the best grapes extracted from the two vineyards of the Douro Valley of Prats & Symington, Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz. Another property, Quinta da Vila Velha, which is privately owned by a member of the Symington family, has also contributed some of its finest grapes, as it has in all Chryseia harvests. It was aged in French oak barrels of 400 Liters for 15 months. The grapes were harvested in excellent condition, resulting in a very fine Chryseia. Contains Sulfites.

Nuno Aguiar and António Olazabal Ferreira launched this wine called Beret, with an original and appealing label. It is the first in a series of wines that the duo began to produce in Douro and Trás-os-Montes, under the Portugal Boutique Winery project. Anselmo Mendes Tempo White
Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. Pelicular maceration followed by total fermentation with the films. Part of the fermentation takes place with the whole bunch not destemmed. After fermentation, it is aged for 6 months in used 400 liter French oak barrels with regular batting. Golden tanning color. Strong intensity of aromas, especially caramelized orange peel, citrus flowers and dried fruits. On the palate, it presents slight tannins flanked by a lively and sharp acidity. Juvé Y Camps Reserva de La Familia Magnum White
Made mainly from the flower Macabeo wort, Xarel lo and Parellada harvested in our properties of Espiells, Can Massana and La Cuscona. Cava endowed with a bright and attractive pale golden color. It is tiny and abundant bubbles, rising forming numerous rosaries and a stable crown. Deep, intense and elegant, it evokes initially notes of ripe white fruits. Little by little, its complexity grows and the aromas of a long aging appear. Toasted bread and a certain citrus background to complete its distinction with the aroma. The creaminess of the foam is perfectly integrated in the palate, making its passage through the mouth. It is both fresh, ample and suggestive. All the aromas that are perceived in the glass are displayed in their long finish. Contains sulfites.
Caves São João 100 Anos História Vintage 2017 Ruby
Luiz Costa Bruto White
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested between mid-August and the first days of September, the must fermented for 16 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The referral was carried out in a basement for 26 days at 15 ºC, followed by a 20-month bottle-aging period. Straw yellow color, aroma of citrus peel, dried flowers, light toast, butter cookie, and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of rich and complex palette. It has very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good taste persistence. Contains sulfites.
Caves São João 98 Years of Story White
This wine was created with minimal intervention, in order to respect the qualitative potential of the exceptional grapes that originated it, as well as respecting the classicism of white wines from Dão and those from Caves São João, in particular. For this reason, aging on fine lees took place in wooden vases, already heavily winered, for a period of 6 months, having been bottled without stabilization, after a very coarse filtration. With a straw yellow color and a very complex aroma, with evident mineral notes (flint and flint), phosphorus, spices, dry vegetable and very faint fruity notes and dried flowers. The wood notes are perfectly integrated, being practically imperceptible. It has great freshness and gustatory volume, however it is also elegant and quite persistent, characteristics that give it excellent gastronomic aptitude and for ageing. .
