The nobility of the Tinta Roriz grape variety, selected from the Quinta's older vineyards, associated with soil and micro-climate, has given this wine personality and unique character. Quinta do Fojo, located on the picturesque left bank of the Pinhão Valley, is the birthplace of the exceptional Quinta do Fojo Red 2016. This wine is produced exclusively from the property's vineyards, which extend over 4 hectares planted in 1986, with a mix of grape varieties where Tinta Roriz predominates.
The Mediterranean climate, combined with the schist soil and the altitude between 250m and 370m, provides the ideal conditions for the production of superior quality wine. Vinification is carried out in fermentation vats, followed by a 19-month aging period in large French oak vats, giving Quinta do Fojo Red 2016 a unique complexity and elegance.

Ontem Red
This wine that comes from the south of the Douro border, granite soils, mixes several white and red varieties. Hand-picked grapes for small boxes, perfectly matured. The bunches were placed whole in a stainless steel tank. The fermentation began within the grapes, and only then the masses were pressed and the fermentation finished. Most of the wine staged in the stainless steel tank, only 20% was staged for 10 months in used barrels. Aroma of forest fruits, silk tannins, lively acidity that surprises and brings a lot of freshness and vibration. Contains Sulfites.

Produced from the Baga and Chardonnay varieties. The Chardonnay variety contributes its aromatic complexity and the Berry with the structure and persistence of a blanc de noir. Tapada de Coelheiros Magnum Red
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery where they were de-stemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at 26–27°C. Once finished, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and was then transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of the Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of the Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Quintas de Borba Grand Reserve Red
This wine comes from selected grapes in the oldest vineyards in the Borba region. After rigorous control of the maturation evolution of the grapes in the vineyard, upon arrival at the winery the grapes were de-stemmed and gently crushed, followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in a stainless steel press, with mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 22-25ºC. Malolactic fermentation took place in a small stainless steel tank. Aging for 12 months in new French, American and brown oak barrels prior to bottling and a final aging in the cellar for 12 months in bottle. Garnet color. Aroma of black fruit jam. Full flavor with soft, fruity and toasted tannins, with final freshness and sweet cocoa.
