Low pressure pressing of whole grapes. Separate fermentation in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and without prolonged contact with the lees. All the grapes staged separately in stainless steel vats. Intense and complex aroma, in which the minerality predominates on the floral and citrine notes. Full and bulky in the mouth, with subtle acidity, it reveals the fruit in all its fullness, making it a unique quality set. Contains Sulfites.
Ervideira Invisível White
Invisible is a white wine of red grapes obtained from the tear of fine grapes of the Aragonese grape variety. It results from the nocturnal harvesting of a selected field, when the optimum maturation point is reached. Almost transparent, with pink lace, it has a floral scent, with notes of white fruits (melon and pear). The palate confirms the aroma, with a good balance and slightly sweet finish. Accompany sushi dishes, smoked fish and seafood. Contains Sulfites.
Alabastro Red
The proof features a deep ruby color and intense aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is full bodied, and soft with a good feeling of freshness and where you can notice the flavors of the red fruits combined with notes of spices. The Alabastro, with its aromatic richness, accompanies meat dishes or grilled fish, salads and fresh cheeses.

Planalto Reserva White
It has bright clarity with greenish tones. It has a very intense and complex aroma, with a prevalence of white fruits (melon and pear) tropical fruits (apricot and passion fruit) and some mineral notes. Its palate shows great harmony and a pleasant palate, with fruity and mineral flavors again in evidence. It has a long and delicate ending.

Harvest by Hand. Grapes from a single vineyard of Encruzado grape variety, from the Ribeiro Santo Estate. Total destemming and pressing. Selection of the grape must and cooling at low temperatures for 24h. Fermentation only in stainless steel vats, with temperatures rounding the 15ºC for 20 days. 50% of the wine fermented in new French oak barrels for 4 months. Clear color, with green shades, this wine shows the authenticity of the grape variety Encruzado in a fresh and elegant way. Pear and white flower notes on the nose. With medium body on the palate, and good structure due to the barrel toast, balanced by the crispy acidity and the citric character. Contains Sulfites.

With a bright yellow straw color, this wine reveals expressive aromas of passion fruit and pineapple with a subtle note of vanilla. Produced mostly from grapes from Quinta da Fonte Branca, near Lamego and belonging to the Symington family.

Vacuum press, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats (50%) and in 400L barrels for 20 to 30 days. Aging for 50% for 4 months in French oak barrels. Citrus yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits and white flowers with notes of butter and coconut. Fresh attack, fine acidity and sharp body. Quite mineral and harmonious. Long finish.
