Villa Maria Private Bin Riesling White
Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks maintains the distinct and crispy flavors of Riesling. Bright raised scents reminiscent of spring, floral scent, fresh lemon and lemon spring from the glass. The palate is light and fresh, displaying juicy apricot and mandarin flavors with a hint of ginger seasoning. This Private Bin Riesling is an off-dry style exhibiting an excellent sweetness of balanced fruit with acidity similar to the ice cream in the end.

Aalto PS Red
Average production of 17 months in 50% new, oak and year. without nose aromas of very ripe black fruit, licorice and Chinese ink, with more mineral notes and the quantities provided by the barrel, generating a good harmony. in the mouth it is potent, structured and with soft and round tannins, providing a considerable elegance. the enormous power of the foot when it began its stay in the oak, was softening with the last months of age and the child and from a wine with a perfectly integrated wood. ps 2016 needs a few years and is for its best qualities. Ideally, it should be done at least a year to begin to be enjoyed, however from your third stage will further develop the complexity and range of hues. Contains Sulfites.

Monte da Ravasqueira Sauvignon Blanc White
Color greenish, clear and shiny. Very clean, exotic and intense nose showing all the expressiveness of the breed. Notes of tropical fruit, sliced turf, asparagus, lime and some candied fruit. In the proof it has vibrant and vigorous freshness, balanced by the volume of the fruit. Château Los Boldos Carmenere Red
Maceration in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation for 8 days at a temperature of 25-28 ° C. Aged in French oak barrels for six months. It has a deep deep red color. Casa Ermelinda Freitas Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva Red
Fermentation in stinaless steel tanks with controlled temperature and prolonged skin maceration. Stage of 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Pomegranate/ ruby colored wine, concentrated. Aroma confit to remember very ripe black fruit, some pepper and spice, with balsamic touch of the caste. In the mouth it is very full, velvety with very well integrated tannins. Long, pleasant and persistent finish.

Tradicion Fino
This is a wine in full maturation, the result of a long aging under “flower” - a veil of yeasts, in American oak barrels by the solera and criaderas system. Very dry, it shows saltiness, complexity, intensity and length that are difficult to compare, offering a long persistence in the mouth. This is a rare kind of fine, pure, serious and traditional. Esporão Private Selection White
Fermentation takes place in new 550 liter French oak barrels in a temperature-controlled cellar at 18ºC. About 6 months in French oak barrels, on the lees of fermentation accompanied by batonnage, to provide the integration between the wood and the wine, increasing its creaminess and depth. After filling, it remained in the bottle for 6 months, during which it had a controlled maturation that promoted the characteristic complexity of this wine. It presents a straw color with greenish tinges. Aromas of white plum and ripe lemon, fresh almond, spices and white chocolate. Rich and intense palate, where white flesh fruit stands out, complemented with white pepper and nutmeg. Intense, with an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Adega Mayor Touriga Nacional Red
After manual harvesting and a careful selection of bunches, the destemmed grapes were fermented at a controlled temperature in a 5000 L French oak vat. It was aged for another 12 months in new and used French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in the bottle until its release. Wine of intense color and red tone. Typical aromatic profile, with floral delicacy that goes beyond violet and blends with sweet hints of forest fruits. Light spice from the aging barrel. In the mouth, we have dimension and structure in harmony with polished and educated tannins, which remind us of a harmonious and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
Mira do Ó Reserva White
A contained but fine aroma typical of the grape variety, revealing lemon, some white fruit and light smoke in the background. Wide and unctuous in the mouth, full of flavor and with sharp and juicy acidity. Persistent finish with live fruit. Beautiful example of personality of the grape variety and terroir.
